Paul’s reports are so much more thorough and better than what I’ve been seeing in a lot in disclosure packets recently. It’s a huge relief not to have to go through a house with my clients and point out things the home inspector didn’t mention.

Linda (Realtor)

My wife and I were super happy with Jeffery Spellman, he was very thorough, took his time, and did not seem at all in a hurry. The best part of the inspection was at the end when Jeffery verbally outlined all of his findings in a real, down-to-earth manner. When we received the written report, there were no surprises or ties that we did not discuss. I would not hesitate to use JMC Inspections again, and would recommend the to anybody looking for a home inspection.

Thank you, Lee! It was a pleasure to follow you around yesterday. Your thorough investigation of every surface, no matter how seemingly inaccessible, was greatly appreciated. Your knowledge of every building component and system was apparent and reassuring for a potential home buyer. I learned a lot in that 3+ hours!

Sean (Client)

Just wanted to acknowledge receipt of the report and thank Jeff for his professionalism, kindness, and eye for detail. We felt we got a great education as he discussed issues and observations, and the entire experience will help us to prioritize work moving forward!

Paul, thank you very much for this report. I appreciate the detail, care and thoroughness. I wanted potential buyers to have as good a sense as possible of the current state of the house. This certainly achieves that.

YT (Seller)

Paul – I was amazed, I was a Commercial Property Manager for most of my career I would have paid triple to have you in Washington, DC with me to help take over government buildings! That is the kind of a report every ‘owner’ wants to see. Bless you. You deserve praise.
